SHIPPING POLICY
- Luscious Goddess reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.
- The purchased items will be shipped within 24 - 48hrs once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the warehouse.
- Once the shipping company takes possession of the items, Luscious Goddess waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.
- Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.
- Should you choose to return merchandise by mail, you must use the return label and the amount of $12.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund.
SHIPPING FEES TIMES
Our standard warehouse processing time is between 1 to 2 business days once you place your order. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select. During busy times, there may be unexpected delays. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders can't be modified or canceled once placed.

*All estimated shipping times start from the date of the email shipping confirmation.
All orders being shipped to air stage office postal codes will be charged a flat rate of $50 and do not qualify for free shipping. All orders being shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut will be charged a flat rate of $30 and do not qualify for free shipping.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not apply to the following locations: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and air stage postal codes. The delivery times outlined above are estimates only and Luscious Goddess will not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.
Want to track your order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. Please note that there may be up to a 48 hour delay before the link is updated with your tracking information In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be sent in more than one shipment. No additional fees will apply.
Once your package is picked up by the courier, your tracking number will show an estimated delivery date. If your package is not delivered within 2 business days of that date, please contact Canada Post directly.
